Turkey Cranberry Croissant {recipe}

Here's a random, middle of the day post because you HAVE to know about this fantastic recipe.  I just made it for lunch and ohmigoodness, I want it for dinner too. {Maybe I WILL make it just so I can take a prettier picture . . . yeah, that's a good excuse! Update - Here's a new pic!}
Its super easy to throw together. And the orange cream cheese mixture makes the sandwich.
Here's the original recipe that Just Cher posted on Food.com.

Turkey Cranberry Croissants
serves 6
1 lb thin sliced deli turkey
1 (8oz) cream cheese
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup chopped pecans
6 croissants
3/4 cup cranberry sauce, whole berries
lettuce leafs

Directions
1. Mix together cream cheese, marmalade and pecans in a small bowl.
2. Slice croissants in half, and spread cream cheese mixture on both halves.
3. Layer turkey on the bottom half.
4. Spoon 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce over turkey.
5. Add lettuce and croissant top.

Since I was making lunch for just Chris, Rylan and I, I eyeballed the measurements for what we needed.  I used 2 slices of 98% fat free smoked turkey breast, light cream cheese, 1/2 a tablespoon of cranberry sauce on mini croissants. I estimated that one mini sandwich was about 165 calories.  It was the perfect mix of sweet, salty, protein and carbs.  My tummy and tastebuds are happy!  If you make it, let me know what you think!
