Week #12 {2020}

Sunday - We went to Sperry's for dinner.
Monday - We went to Jonathan's.
Tuesday - Due to Covid-19, the kids didn't have school today and it's Saint Patrick's day, so they woke up a little later and had Lucky Charms (our regular tradition).  This year, the charms were all green!
Then my momma and I took Aunt Kay and Davese at the airport. It was SUCH a fun trip. I'm so glad they came out to visit.
As we were dropping them off at BNA, my cousin was also being dropped off at the airport (by his daughter, Sierra) and we met up with them for breakfast at Panera before their flight home.
Wednesday - A couple of girlfriends and I went and took a carry permit class.  It was so fun and very interesting!
Friday - The kids still haven't gone back to school but they found a box and got creative!
Saturday - I found this adorable photo of my niece back in 2000...and now she is serving our country.  I am so VERY PROUD of her!

Week #10 {2020}

Sunday - Bombi wants to be on the couch so bad.

Tuesday March 3rd, we woke up to horrible news that a tornado ripped through Nashville during the night.

The pictures and stories are heart wrenching. So much has been lost...belongings, homes and the most valuable of all are the lives lost.  It's hard to grasp the extent of this tragedy that hit so close to home.

Wednesday - We had this beautiful sunrise (and then sunset). It's a new day and the news is now all about people coming together, raising funds, serving one another and loving their neighbor.  It's incredible. It's amazing to see God's love being poured out through his people.

Thursday - I love this man.  I love living life with him.

Saturday - We headed to Chattanooga for the kids tkd tournament.

Afterwards we met up with Schoening family.

We went to eat and then they took us to Cardboard Hill. The kids had such a blast!
Back home Bombi was just staring at himself in the mirror. Crazy dog!

Chattanooga TKD Tournament

We headed down to Chattanooga for the kids TKD tournament.
Dylan got gold in board breaking & silver in sparring.
Payton got gold in forms and silver for both sparring and board breaking.
Rylan got gold in sparing and bronze in board breaking.
