Week #13 {2019}

Sunday morning I found the kids like this.  Guess they were having too much fun with their cousins!
I made Grandpa McNutt's Dutch Babies for breakfast.
And we just lazed around in our jammies all day long.
Then it was time to say goodbye to the Jackson's and we got a cousins photo before they left.
We lazed around some more,
then decided to get outside for a bit. We tossed the football around.
Bombi laid around.
And we found a cool nest hidden in a tree.

Wednesday we got to see a Hot Air Balloon again!  At our last house we were in the path of the hot air balloons flights and saw them often.  They are so fun to see.
Thursday the cherry trees are in full bloom around here.  This picture doesn't do it justice with just how gorgeous it really is.
Friday morning sunrise on our way to school.  This never gets old either!
Penel came over to spend the night.
Saturday she always braids Payton's hair for me.  She is so quick and good at it.
That evening we saw a storm blowing in and Chris asked Dylan to go and put the cover back on the grill so it didn't blow away.  A few minutes later I saw this:
A little while later we ended up in our "safe zone" (aka the powder room).  We crammed into the tiny space and watched the storm updates while laughing the whole time.
This is the storm that was coming in!
When it was safe to come out, THIS is what it looked like outside.

Week #12 {2019} - Jackson's in Town!

Sunday morning the kids had Lucky Charms to celebrate St. Patrick's Day.
Then THIS happened. Hahaha!
First mow of the season. It was in the 60's and glorious!
Rylan wasn't feeling well and I caught this sweet moment between him and Payton.

Monday he stayed home from school.  Poor buddy.
This sweet photo showed up on TimeHop.  How have they grown so much in just 4 short years?
Tuesday morning Ry was still sick and snuggled up in my bed with me.
The Littles made bird feeders at Auntie J's house and the birds really like them!
Dylan went to mow Gigi's lawn and we were laughing at how he is so much taller than her now.
The ONLY good part about kiddos being sick is the snuggling.  But this sickness has lasted too long.  It needs to go away.
Thursday morning traffic on our way to school.  This actually happens more often that you would think....and I love it.

Bombi LOVES Chris' Cowboy blanket...so much that if there is even a corner available, he will curl up on it.
Friday this guy got a fresh hair cut.  Thank you Jesus he is feeling better! That was rough!
The Jackson's (Chris' cousin and kids) came into town this afternoon and the boys did some shooting.
Saturday they all came and cheered Payton and Rylan on at their soccer games.
We had my family over for dinner and I only took this picture... he wanted to be right in the mix of everything!
