A Little Salty to Cut the Sweet {book review}

I finished my 2nd book for 2015! Although it's not a resolution, I decided I would aim to read just one book a month making it 12 books read this year. I think I can do that!
I downloaded BooMama's, A Little Salty to Cut the Sweet to my Kindle app for my iPhone. Although I'd rather have a physical book to hold, this was a easy, light hearted, fun read, so having an ebook worked out great!
I enjoyed this book for a few reasons.
(1) I could identify with some of the family dynamics.
(2) She made some thought provoking points about appreciating family and the heritage that God has given me.
(3) Being new-ish to the South. I loved the Southern perspective and traditions weaved throughout this book.

She has a new book that just came out, Home is Where My People Are, that is now on my to-read list!  Have you read either of her books?  Are there any books that I MUST read this year???
