Reshaping It All {book review}

I bought this at a garage sale...months ago and finally picked it up to read it.  It made me think about some of my food choices and think about why I eat certain ways...
Like the fact that I'm a stress baker.  I love baking anyway, but IF something stressful happens, I will go straight to the kitchen and bake cookies, brownies, cakes, whatever.  I remember one particular time Chris received a phone call and from what I heard him saying, I went and grabbed a box of brownies and was half-way through making them by the time he got off the phone!
What I should be doing instead is running to Jesus through prayer and reading his Word.  Sweets, although are fun to make, and taste good...they are only a fleeting "fix" that only Jesus is the answer to.
I give this book 5 stars!
