Dylan had a few of his friends over for an End of School Bonfire.
They brought all their workbooks, homework, etc. to burn.
Dylan let Payton and Rylan join in.
We supervised because #hello7thgraders.
They tried to roast hot dogs on the fire, but it wasn't working too well, so Dylan threw them on the grill.
The roasted marshmallows for s'mores.
Bombi was intrigued.
Someone loved eating the marshmallows!
They caught fireflies.
And once it got real dark. We lit off a paper lantern.
They even got in some star gazing.
It was a great kick-off to summer and hopefully we can do it again next year!
