Angel Chicken {slow cooker recipe}

This recipe is a family favorite for us.  And it's a favorite of mine because it is SUPER easy to throw together, turn on the slow cooker, and make the house smell good as well! {I try to keep the ingredients on hand as a last minute meal.}

Angel Chicken

1 (10-3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Italian dressing {I use Kraft Light Zesty Italian}
1/4 cup white wine
1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 teaspoons dried parsley
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 lb pasta (any shape is fine)

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, soup, dressing, wine until incorporated.  Stir in mushrooms.
Prepare slow cooker with baking spray.
Layer chicken in slow cooker and pour mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with parsley and cook on High for 4 hours. Then break the chicken into big chunks with a fork.

Cook pasta according to directions on box.

Top pasta with chicken, sauce and enjoy!
