Birthday boy wanted cherry cake this year. I found a recipe for Maraschino Cherry Cake and it was a hit!
I noticed it was a bit crumbly (see the pic?) so I think I might try oil in place of the butter next time.
And there definitely WILL be a next time because it tasted great!
Payton has already requested this for her birthday (which isn't until July!).
