Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Devils Food Cupcakes

How's that for a title???
Craig (my father-in-law) and I made these yummy little things the other night and they were SUPER easy and really tasty... Here's what you need to make it yourself:

Devils Food Cake Mix
Peanut butter (I used reduced fat - trying to make it a little healthier!)
Mini chocolate chips
Chocolate frosting

Make a package of Devils Food Cake according to the directions. Use applesauce instead of the oil (you will never know the difference) to make it a little better for you. Grease and flour your cupcake pans and fill the cups 1/3 of the way with batter. Then plop 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter in the center and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
Then spoon the batter on top to cover the chips and peanut butter.
Looks yummy, right? Then bake them per the directions on the package.
Pull them out and let them cool for 3-5 minutes. Run a knife around the edge to loosen then top with a dollop of chocolate fudge frosting. I think it looks perfect like that!
Or you can spread the frosting around.
Either way doesn't really's what it's going to look like half way through eating it.
