Payton's Happy a Birthday and 4th of July Combo

My baby girl turned 7 today!!!
She had reminded us every 2.3 hours for the last week and a half that her birthday was coming up.  So in the morning, when she came downstairs, I said "Payton! Your finally SEVEN!!" She smiled and said, "I wasn't born yet, so I'm still 6."#crazygirl
She LOVED opening presents.
Introducing Miss Ella.
Dylan bought her an anchor necklace to "remind her of California". He is such a sweet boy.
She is lucky to have awesome brothers.
She received lots of clothes.
And money to spend.
She wanted to try her clothes on.
And little guy got a tad bored with the fashion show.
We got ready for the day,
and headed out,
in the pouring rain,
to Franklin on the 4th in Downtown Franklin.
When we drove up, the rain had stopped so we decided to check out what was going on in spite of the rainy day.
There weren't a lot of people there but we still had fun.
We got to see the Oscar Mayer Weiner Mobile.
And 25 minutes into us being there, the sky opened up and DUMPED on us...
but the band kept playing!
On the way home we stopped by the firework stand.
Where Dylan proceeded to geek out.
We made a quick stop at the market, and Rylan had the best ride.
When we got home he redecorated our living room.
And then it was cake time.
Followed by more presents.
I got in some snuggle time with my babies,
before it was time for fireworks!
It was drizzly and it sprinkled off and on, but that didn't stop everyone from lighting off their fireworks!
We had firework shows surrounding our house.  You almost didn't know which way to look because you didn't want to miss anything!
Tennessee KNOWS how to do fireworks.... this is my 2nd year here and I am still blown away at how they celebrate the 4th here.
It is AWESOME.
We had a perfect day celebrating Payton and a perfect night celebrating America!

Payton - My sweet kind-hearted girl. You bring so much joy to our family. You are fun loving and don't mind being a goober to get a laugh. You know how to bring a joke full circle and are quick witted enough to bring up old jokes and the most appropriate times {like when you tease Dylan about ducks!}. You are a social butterfly who loves being with friends. You love the Lord and aren't afraid to talk about him with anyone...never loose that. I love you pretty girl. - Mommy
