Green Salad with Sweet Chili Sauce (instead of dressing - yum!)

Wednesday

Dirty Rice with ground turkey
Salad with Lite Sweet Vidalia Onion Dressing
Water
Thursday

Breakfast for dinner:  Waffles topped with syrup & natural peanut butter
Fruit - strawberries, bananas, blueberries, & grapes
Water

Salad with Fat Free Zesty Italian Dressing
Garlic Bread
Diet Grapefruit Soda

Salad with Lite Cesar Dressing
Quesadilla with chicken and jalapenos
