After Payton's tkd testing we loaded up the car and headed out on a road trip!
We passed the huge cross in Cookeville, TN.
And went straight to the trail for Dylan and Chris to pre-ride the trail for Dylan's race tomorrow.
Knoxville is a beautiful city.
After checking in at the hotel, we took Chris out to celebrate his birthday {tomorrow}.
Calhoun's was recommended to us. So we went and sat out on the deck.
It overlooked the river.
It was perfect weather.
We had the ribs and it was de-lish! Chris said it was the best he has ever had. We got a Butterfinger Cheesecake to celebrate this handsome guy.
Happy birthday {tomorrow} Chris! We love you. SO glad we get to call you husband/dad!
