Remember on Saturday when I told you about the Cowboy Cookies (Dunkin' Platters) that I made??? Well let's just say they are gone. (No, seriously...ALL GONE!)
So today Craig (my father-in-law) & Sasha (my mother-in-law) were talking about how good they would be with vanilla ice cream. Chris looked at me and said "Pizookie!" So here is what I made:
Cowboy Pizookies....hot, slightly gooey cookie right out of the oven with vanilla bean ice cream on top. YUMMY!
