This morning I made yummy Strawberry Muffins. Here's what they looked like:
The recipe was on AllRecipes.com. They aren't super sweet {which is a good thing} and I would say more like a shortcake than a sweet muffin.... The only thing that I did different was sprinkle some turbinado sugar on the tops midway through the cooking time. Yum!
