Monday morning and 37 degrees is WAY too cold to be walking the dog.
School was cancelled for flooding {we have had a TON of rain}. So Penel came over and we had a mini nosh.
Bombi curls up into a tight ball to sleep.
Thursday - Last Tuesday the transmission went out on my car {boo!}. We had it rebuilt and on the way home from picking it up {and dropping a pretty penny}, we realized our water main was broken {good times, I tell ya!}.
I am SOOOOO VERY thankful for a super handy husband who was able to fix it for us. He rocks!
Ry was pretty excited when I picked him up from school. Not only did they let out early {due to more flooding}, but
he, and his 2 best buddies, were the class reps for the spelling bee.
AND he was the first boy to be a Mad Minute Master. In math they had drills where they had to solve problems in 60 seconds.
He completed all the 1st grade problems and is moving on to 2nd grade problems. Great job Ry!
Bombi LOVES Chris' Cowboys blanket. If there is a small section that he can be on, he will sit/lay on it somehow.
Friday school was cancelled again, so we went to Gigi's house for a little bit.
Came home to this...
Then in the afternoon snuggled up to watch a movie.
Saturday morning and I've got my lap dog again.
And seriously, we have had enough rain already...
we might actually float away.
