Mere Christianity {book review}

My small group at mom2mom studied C.S. Lewis' Mere Christianity together this semester.  We were assigned a few chapters to read at home and then we met to discuss what we read.

Let me just say that I felt so stupid reading the first few chapters. The group finished a couple of weeks ago and I JUST finished the book today because I would go to group and listen to what others had to say, then go home and read/re-read what we had discussed.  There were a few chapters that I absolutely LOVED and "got" but most of the book was over my head.  There were some very thought provoking concepts and ways to think about Christianity, and being a Christ follower, that I just hadn't thought about before.

So how do I rate this book???  I don't even know.  I'm SO glad that I finally took the time to read this Christian classic.  I LOVED and highlighted a bunch of parts of the book.  But I need to go back and read it again.... and again... and again.  =)
