Boarded and ready to go home.

Got a FaceTime call from sweet Violet so we could say goodbye.

Then we were off!

Wednesday morning I found Rylan like this. Ha!

Time to pick out our Christmas tree!

Thursday morning. So beautiful!

Saturday - finally decorating our tree.

Then Rylan had taekwondo testing.  This time he was testing for his skunk belt!

We ended the night watching The Christmas Chronicles (such a cute movie!).

And I got some snuggles...my favorite!

Week #48 {2019} California

Sunday - Dylan rearranged his room and it was a teenage boy's dream.

The setting sun was so bright tonight.

Monday another morning with Bombi thinking he was a lap dog. It was okay though because I wanted to get my snuggles in...

because that afternoon we dropped him off at the boarders.

Tuesday we were up bright and early heading to the airport to catch a plane to California!

California Day 4

Breakfast at John's Place.  Funny story...we were all chatting away and Davese shoved Jeannine off the booth and onto the floor just like when they were little.  It was SO funny.  I wish I had it on video.

Back at the house for a puzzle.

We headed down to Fashion Island.

It was a beautiful day.

We drove through Newport Beach and I showed the kids where I lived when Chris and I first met.

We went by my Uncle Dennis' house where he showed the kids his cello.

And Payton got to finally meet her pen-pal, Hope (Aunt Barbara's granddaughter).

We hit up Del Taco on the way back.

The sky was gorgeous.

That evening we got to go to Kenzi and Ivan's rehearsal dinner.

The food was phenomenal.

I think  we may have actually pooped Rylan out!

Thanksgiving {2019} California Day 3

Helping Auntie make a pie.

Shooting whipped cream, directly from the can in memory of Papa Nutt.

My mom is LOVING all the snuggle time with her great grand babies.

This is the only picture I have of our thanksgiving meal.

It was so fun to be with ALL my family this Thanksgiving!
