So easy and so yum. They are perfect for breakfast or a snack. I almost always make a double batch so we can eat on these for a few days.
Here are some variations that I have done:
-half all purpose flour and half whole wheat flour
-no chocolate chips, a little bit of chocolate chips and a whole lot of chocolate chips
-regular (firm) bananas, really ripe bananas and black bananas (you know the ones that are wwwwaaayyyy past their prime?)
and it has always turned out great!
